1. Who We Are

OutlierOS is operated by Foxxception LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, location, remote preference, and optional contact details you provide during sign-up or assessment.

Assessment Data: Your responses to AI-generated thought experiments, depth probe answers, and the resulting cognitive profile scores across 8 dimensions.

Build History: Links to portfolios, repositories, or projects you voluntarily provide.

Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

Usage Data: Basic analytics including pages visited, session duration, and referral source. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) generate and display your cognitive profile; (b) enable Companies to discover and request introductions to Builders; (c) process subscriptions and affiliate payouts; (d) improve our assessment and scoring algorithms; (e) communicate with you about your account.

4. What Companies See

Subscribing Companies can view your cognitive profile scores, radar chart, AI-generated summary, superpower, trade-off, and work style. Your email and contact information are only shared if you choose to make them visible or accept an intro request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Anthropic for AI assessment generation and scoring (your responses are processed but not retained by the AI provider for training); (c) Resend for transactional emails; (d) Neon for database hosting.

6. Data Retention

Your cognitive profile and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@foxxception.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and basic functionality. We use a single analytics cookie via FirstPromoter for affiliate tracking. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Database access is restricted and encrypted at rest. Authentication uses magic links — we never store passwords.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your cognitive profile data; (e) withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact legal@foxxception.com.

10. Children

OutlierOS is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
