Purpose
This policy outlines prohibited uses of OutlierOS to ensure a fair, safe, and productive environment for all Builders and Companies.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
•Use the Platform to discriminate against any individual or group based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
•Misrepresent your identity or have someone else complete an assessment on your behalf
•Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract assessment prompts, scoring algorithms, or cognitive dimension frameworks
•Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
•Share, redistribute, or resell access to company accounts or builder profiles
•Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited messages to Builders or Companies through or in connection with the Platform
•Use cognitive profile data to make discriminatory hiring decisions or to screen out candidates in violation of applicable employment law
•Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
For Companies
Companies agree to use cognitive profiles as one factor among many in talent evaluation. Profiles are designed to surface thinking patterns, not to serve as the sole basis for hiring or rejection. Companies must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in their jurisdiction.
